Growing out of the success of coworking, the latest big phenomenon in the world is coliving. Coliving is predicated upon the idea that sharing space can bring benefits to users in terms of cost and community. This can be made possible by giving residents in the building a coworking space with a rock-solid wifi connection, alongside other shared amenities such as relaxation spaces, aiming to increase urban green spaces, thus improving environment, productivity and societal benefits. As well as its role as a coworking and Coliving space, the building would push its eco credentials with green roofs, and botanical landscaping applied to existing urban green space due to increase density and the demands while bringing innovation to proposals for the built environment through futuristic multifaceted design.
